Taking Care of Graduate Student Mental Health
Tranquility Online - A Digital Mental Health company that specializes in Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT) for mild to moderate anxiety and depression. We are offering our services exclusively to Dalhousie graduate students, providing every graduate student a free one-year subscription to Tranquility’s coach-assisted programs if they sign-up by April 8th, 2021.
As a graduate student, the demands on your time are unique. Your schedule requires you to balance academics, research, personal life, and much more. Looking after your mental health shouldn’t have to fit in someone else’s schedule. That’s why we are providing a metal health solution that fits into your busy life. Tranquility’s interactive software allows you to work at your own pace, whether you have 15 minutes or 1 hour.
Flexible Help
With your subscription to Tranquility’s iCBT coach-assisted programs, you will be able to learn the skills you need to manage your mental health at your own pace. Our coaches are there to help you stay accountable to yourself. With your coach, available over video, phone or in-app texting, you can set your own pace.
Convenient and Interactive Tools
Even in a world that’s working remotely, you may not always be at home, your mental health doesn’t stay at home while you’re out. Neither should your support. Tranquility's anxiety and depression programs can be accessed on the go, anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet-connected device and you’ll be able to reach your coach, and learn and use validated tools to help you feel better. Tranquility is designed to make working on mental health easier, we take the memory work out of CBT with reminders and push notifications to help you stay on track!
